Eileen Trilli BoCoCa Resident, Eileen Trilli contributes her talents as HDP’s Artistic Producer and Business Manager, overseeing all aspects of HDP and the BoCoCa Arts Festival. She has also directed a variety of projects including Entwine, 2008 Midtown International Theatre Festival (Producer’s Award); Truth Is, Players Theater; Alex and Anne, Blue Box Production’s Sticky Series, Bowery Poetry Bar; and a workshop performance of Sarah Kane’s 4.48 Psychosis as part of the Live Arts Collaborative at the University Settlement. After completing her BFA (Musical Theater) at Texas Christian University, she worked as an Actor in regional theater throughout the country, and eventually moved on to Circle in the Square Theater School in NYC. She graduated in 2005 from the 2-year conservatory’s Musical Theatre Track. But a passion for creating spaces where artists are able to explore their expressive potential led her from acting to the empowering world of directing and producing. This same belief that self-expression is one of the most important skills to possess, motivated Eileen to develop Acting in Law a course in self-expression teaching acting principles to trial lawyers. She also teaches with Creative Play for Kids, a dynamic early childhood development program in NYC created by Eileen Levine. Donald P. Blydenburgh, Esq. BoCoCa Resident, Don Blydenburgh is the Executive Director of Husky Dog Productions and oversees all legal aspects of the company. A graduate of Columbia University and Brooklyn Law School, Don is very excited to be involved in the birth and growth of such a creative and inspired endeavor. This is his first foray into the creative production of theater and film and, when he is not drafting contracts, he is designing the lighting, sound and multi-media for HDP’s projects. Jennifer Zarine Habeck BoCoCa Resident and HDP's Managing Director, Jennifer Zarine Habeck is a graduate of The Eastman School of Music in Rochester, NY with a BM in voice and Circle in the Square Theatre School in NYC. She is no stranger to festivals, having performed in NYC's Fringe Festival (Show Choir! The Musical), the New York Music Theatre Festival (Back Home! The War Brides Musical) as well as the Fresh Fruit Festival (My Mother Told Me I Was Different). She also has produced and sung in many cabarets and Jazz clubs around the city. Jennifer recently finished producing her debut jazz album "Fresh Made Cuppa Tea." She is honored to be working with such an amazing group of people in the BoCoCa Arts Festival! Annie Keating Annie Keating, HDP’s Artistic Director and an Ensemble Member of BoCoCa’s Art and Event Department, is a graduate of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts where she studied at Atlantic Theatre Company and the Stonestreet School of Film and Television. Annie has also studied with The Barrow Group. She has appeared on stage with Ensemble Studio Theatre and wrote a one-woman play, This Morning, which she performed as part one of EST's one-act festivals. Annie has appeared in many short and full-length films and recently began a voice-over career. Most recently, Annie was seen as "Rebecca" in The Long Christmas Ride Home, with The Red Fern Theatre Company, as well as in the acclaimed “Starts in a Dark Sky” with the NY Fringe Festival. In her other, and equally as exciting, life, Annie is a masters level social worker, with an MSW from NYU. She currently works as an individual and group clinician at The Actors Fund of America in Los Angeles.Adam Scherer BoCoCa Arts Festival Music Division Director, Adam Scherer has performed at the Bowery Ballroom, Mercury Lounge, Knitting Factory & The Theater at MSG. In addition to his ongoing work in music education, Adam continues to compose & collaborate with a broad array of artists including thing-one, Somethin' Good, E-Boro Bandits, TruSol & i oboe you nothing. Adam will be attending Thornton School of Music at USC in the Fall to pursue his Masters in Studio/Jazz Guitar. He is honored to be working with all of the wonderful talent in the BoCoCa Arts Festival! Claire Berjot Brooklyn Resident, Claire Berjot is the Visual Art Director of Husky Dog Productions. Born and raised in France where she studied both Art and Business, she moved to Brooklyn in 2008 and fell in love with the neighborhood. Claire has been involved on community-level artistic projects since 2004, when she was coordinated the Grenoble short film festival Une Nuit Trop Courte in France. During her Masters, Claire was the event coordinator for the SIU Visual-Arts Association; in NYC, she has been involved with the launch of Art-Trope, an emerging organization that connects artists with exhibitions spaces. Mary Wei Mary was born in Tennessee and spent much of her youth hopping from one Southern state to another until she finally landed in Brooklyn in 2009. Although she was involved in artist pursuits prior to her move to Brooklyn, it was there that she strove to involve herself more heavily. Craiglists was the forum for her motives and The BoCoCa Arts Festival was the result. Here she quickly worked her way up from intern to Public Relations Coordinator, a title which she still holds today. |
